Meet the Team: Jennifer Fanelli, Senior Accountant

We’re excited to welcome Jennifer Fanelli to KRS as a Senior Accountant.

Jennifer joined the firm on July 1 and supports audit and assurance services for clients needing audits, compilations, or reviews. She’s also involved in tax work and steps in wherever needed to support the team.

Jennifer brings a solid foundation in accounting, with an Associate degree from Bergen Community College, a Bachelor’s from William Paterson University, and a Master’s in Accounting with a concentration in forensics from UMass Amherst. She has four years of audit and accounting experience from a prior firm, along with over eight years of bookkeeping experience.

What’s stood out most to Jennifer so far? The people. “Everyone has been extremely welcoming and supportive, making sure I have what I need and helping me feel like part of the team,” she says. “Starting a new role can be intimidating and nerve-wracking, but I’ve felt right at home since I started. I absolutely love it here.”

When she’s not working, Jennifer’s usually spending time with family and friends or relaxing by the pool with her dog, Gracie. Evenings are for video games or crocheting with a good show on in the background. She also enjoys playing piano, singing, and getting outdoors when she can.

Jennifer sums it up simply: “I’m happy to be a part of the KRS family.”
