Greenberg & Company Joins KRS CPAs

We’re pleased to welcome Judith Greenberg, CPA, MST, and Stuart Greenberg, CPA, MST, of Greenberg & Company LLC to the KRS team.

After collaborating with Judy and Stuart for more than three years, it was clear our firms share the same values and approach to client service.

“We’ve admired Stuart and Judy’s work for years. They care about their clients in the same way we do. We’re excited to have them with us,” said Maria Rollins, KRS Managing Partner.

Stuart brings decades of experience advising closely held businesses on audit, tax, and valuation matters, and holds an MS in Taxation from Seton Hall. Judy, also a seasoned tax advisor, focuses on income tax planning, trust accounting, and estate tax work. She holds an MS in Taxation from Pace University and frequently lectures on tax strategy. Both Stuart and Judy started their careers at international accounting firms and bring with them deep technical expertise and care for their clients.

Clients of Greenberg & Company will now benefit from expanded resources, deeper expertise, and access to the broader network of professionals through our membership in the BDO Alliance USA.

Most importantly, the relationships Greenberg clients rely on remain unchanged. Judy and Stuart will continue to provide the same trusted service, now with the support of the KRS platform behind them. They will work out of the KRS Paramus office.
