Meet the Team: Colleen Luzaj

Please join us in welcoming Colleen Luzaj, who joined KRS as Controller in late 2024. In this role, she oversees all internal financial and accounting matters for the firm, including reporting to the partners. She also collaborates closely with the Managing Partner and HR on various firm initiatives and operational matters.

Colleen brings extensive experience in public accounting. She has worked on the client service side handling both Audit and Tax engagements and has held leadership roles as a partner at a well-known CPA firm. Colleen has also served as Controller, Director of Finance, and VP of Finance.

A graduate of Seton Hall University, Colleen earned her B.S. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey.

Colleen appreciates the welcoming culture at KRS and enjoys working with the partners. “They are open to new ideas and give you the autonomy to improve processes and effect change,” she shares.

Outside of work, Colleen loves spending time with her family and two dogs. A big animal lover, she enjoys summers at the Jersey Shore, where she can often be found reading on the beach. She also stays active with Pilates and strength training.
