Jerry Shanker is teaching the Financial Statement Analysis course at Rutgers Law School in Newark.
“Understanding financial statements and how they relate to business transactions is essential for all attorneys advising businesses,” says Shanker. “This course provides law students with an understanding of the accounting process, accounting principles, and financial statements. The class also covers business valuation, the time value of money, and the elements of lost profits and other financial damage claims.”
No stranger to teaching at Rutgers Law School, Shanker has lectured on business valuation for the past nine years.
