I graduated in 2013 from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, with a BS in Accounting. Subsequently, I started working at a restaurant franchise corporation in Bergen County where I held an accounts payable position for three years.
I joined the team at KRS CPAs as a bookkeeper in October, 2016. I am responsible for monthly accounting procedures for our outsourced bookkeeping clients, who are always a pleasure to work with. I aspire to sit for the CPA exam and become a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the near future.
On weekends, I volunteer as a second grade Sunday school teacher at St. Athanasios Greek Orthodox Church in Paramus. I held the position of Youth Group president in my senior year of high school and I’m happy that I am able to continue my service at a nearby community.
KRS has an open door policy that has allowed me to feel comfortable and confident in my work setting. I am a member of the business development team, which enables me to network with individuals in many diverse areas of service. I am thrilled with this new opportunity and have been very impressed with KRS leadership and my colleagues here. I could tell from my very first day here that KRS provides the tools, motivation and support needed to succeed in this competitive field.
