Encore! We’re again among the top 101 honorees
We are extremely proud to be recognized among the 2019 Best and Brightest in the Nation for our dedication to building a great culture for our employees.
Best and Brightest winners represent the most exceptional places to work. They are the companies and organizations who push operational standards forward, foster constructive environments, and display a commitment to their team members and community. The National Association for Business Resources (NABR) awards this honor each year to a select number of companies.
KRS CPAs had been selected as a 2018 honoree as well.
“We strive to create an environment where our team members are inspired and have the opportunity to contribute their talents towards our clients’ success, and therefore the firm’s success,” said KRS Managing Partner Maria Rollins, CPA, MST.
Adds partner Simon Filip, CPA, MST, “Our Instagram feed is a colorful record of the many ways we encourage employee engagement and work-life balance. It shares photos, for instance, of our Tax Season Kick Off meeting in which we all reviewed and modified our procedures, so we can provide the best level of service to our clients. This was followed by a great lunch and a mixology class to energize everyone for tax season.”
We’re also known for our Flexible Work Program — there are no mandatory hours during tax season. Our employees can set their own schedule for the work week as long as they are working the core hours of 10am to 3pm. They also can work from home as needed and have unlimited paid time off.
Award winning CPA firm
